Somatic Trauma Packages
Somatic Work
Together, we’ll gently expand the edges of your comfort zone, helping you feel more balanced and able to navigate challenges without feeling overwhelmed or shutting down.
We’ll start our time together working with grounding, centering, and orienting practices to help you feel present and connected to your inner resources—anything that brings you a sense of safety, support, and stability.
Throughout the work (and sessions), we’ll gently dip into the more intense sensations and emotions, allowing you to experience and release stuck energy and impulses.
Through regular check-ins, we will reconnect you to your resources and re-establish a sense of security.
As we close our time together, we’ll take time to integrate what you've experienced, helping you absorb insights and reconnect with yourself.
